About this studio

Located in the historic Pioneer Square Neighborhood of downtown Seattle, Bodytonic Pilates is a private Pilates studio focusing on fitness and rehabilitation for beginning to advanced students. Instructors at Bodytonic Pilates design challenging workouts based on Pilates principles to engage and strengthen your core and increase overall muscle tone. They create individualized and vigorous exercise programs rooted in balance and stability.

How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Grip socks are required for Springboard Classes and can be purchased at the studio. Sneakers are required for Springboard + HIIT classes. What is ClassPass?
