How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle, a mat and a towel. If you forget your mat or towel, you can rent those for $2 and $3 respectively. They have fresh filtered water and hot water for tea in the studio.

How to get there

1 - If you are driving, enter the main parking garage for the building off of 9th ave (in the block between Westlake and Lenora). Park on any floor, & take either elevator up to the "Plaza Retail Area" (L1). Walk out of the elevator - the studio will be on the right across from the Pan Pacific Hotel! 2 - If you are walking, go to the Whole Foods located at Denny and Westlake in South Lake Union. Climb the stairs/take the escalator up to the Retail Plaza. The studio is on the right side across from the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Kathleen is very nice and uplifting. However, the class itself was more about exercising, not about mindfulness and meditative experience that I expected from an yoga class. It felt more like a boot camp. There were a lot of people in the class and mats were place too close to each other. Sometime I was worried not to accidentally touch the person next to me because we were super close to each their. The music wasn’t my favorite as well - uplifting pop songs that didn’t allow to relax and concentrate. Overall, I didn’t enjoyed the class and the studio - I don’t think I will be back.

What is ClassPass?
