About this studio

Bassline Fitness features two different high intensity interval training workout formats in one location. Bazuka is a 3 layer class, featuring Woodway treadmills, weights, and fun fitness equipment, such as ropes, med balls, and T bars. Lean206, is based on a popular high intensity interval training program and consists of 2 layers, woodway Treadmills and weights. Together, the two classes give you flexibility in your workout, great results and the social benefits of group fitness. Every class you take will be something new- all instructors create their own workouts, and playlists and bring their own style to class. Bassline Fitness Pike Street also offers complimentary MyZone heart rate monitors to track your workout!

How to prepare

Please bring a towel and water to class. Water is available for $1 and towels are complimentary if needed. Get ready to have fun and work up a sweat!

How to get there

Street parking is available on nearby streets as well as a pay to park parking garage on the corner of Summit and Pike.

It was a good workout. Felt like of like going to the gym, but with a trainer to hold you accountable. I have a foot issue and they let me ride a bike instead use the treadmill. Head up that running is a big part of the class which you might not guess from the name.

Meh. He made several mistakes, didn’t have positive fun energy. Honestly the worst experience here before, but I know he’s new so maybe he will get better. Also a better playlist could go a long way.

The class and instructor were great, they could really turn the heat down though. I felt like I was working out in a hot yoga studio. Besides that, it’s been a few hours and I’m already sore. Would definitely take it again

What is ClassPass?
