Aerial Foundations for Beginners
So fun, great space, lovely teachers! Definitely worth it.
Aerial Foundations for Beginners
The studio, teacher, students, and dog (hehe) were all very welcoming and encouraging. Class began casually with a warm up and stretching and then demos were done by the teacher and the students (8) took turns. I didn’t really feel confident or strong trying many poses in front of everyone or without the teacher watching me / hands on so i personally didn’t get much of a work out but it was beautiful to watch everyone twist around in the air.

Awesome!!
Aerial Foundations for Beginners
Great instruction but the class size was too big for the amount of apparatus they had. They should cap the amount of people able to enroll.
