see all reviewsFirst moments I found it odd to have videos showing the moves throughout class. (Strength stations day.) Then I realized how handy they are for referencing form questions that I had while doing the moves. And the instructors rove around giving form tips. The time is efficiently used, with one overview and the. The video loops for reference and expert input. What I was really hoping for came - ten minutes after class I caught myself humming in the grocery store. This might be the type workout that spikes my serotonin. Looking forward to going again and seeing if the next class gifts the chemical happy too. I also liked the instructors. Helpful, warm, grounded.

see all reviewsThis class is super intense. Would not recommend for beginners if you're not used to doing high intensity cardio exercises back to back with minimal breaks. I was able to modify as needed and take breaks. Gabby was very encouraging and supportive. She took time to check in, cheer me on, and correct my form throughout the session. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. We did warmup stretches and cooldown stretches which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably go back again to check out more cardio + their other offerings.

Although instructors value doing your own thing, it can be frustrating to get creative to substitute inaccesible moves like pistol squats or boat pose with a toe hold. I consider myself fit, but the instructor cued mountain climbers so early into class that I aggravated an injury since I wasn’t warmed up. I would recommend this place if you are injury free and have great awareness of your body’s needs!

I’m not used to floor instruction on the fly, however I can see it getting easier as you get used to the different cues. I’ll be back.

The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!

see all reviewsI did a lower body build with Mike. This was my first ever strength/conditioning class (and first ever class at a gym). I'm very new to fitness and gyms so I was feeling nervous about being able to keep up but Mike made the class accessible and understandable. I really liked how small and intimate the space was. Mike was very welcoming and took the time to explain and demo each exercise in great detail and also came over to check my form which I really appreciated. Everybody had a chill laid-back energy and the space was very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. Overall, would highly recommend and I plan to come back.
