Amy was awesome. My first time in this class. Great explanation and demonstration of moves I didnt know, help with form, etc. shes great and deserves 7 stars. Great pace and I feel like I got a solid workout.

We did a warmup with a few light strength moves, a lifting section, and an 8 minute circuit. Amy was super nice and great at explaining the moves. It wasn't quite as fast paced or challenging as I usually prefer, but she gave really good feedback and form advice during the lift section. Definitely had a welcoming vibe

Chris class is the best! Hes focused on form & building on the basics to create circuits. Great full body workout!

I sweated a lot and had a good overall work out. We focused only on kettlebell swing and then used the KB for no technical lifts.

Chris was a great instructor! This is a great introduction class if youve never done kettlebells before. However, may be a little slow if you have any experience with kettlebell movements.

Good workout. Space could have been bigger. Also didnt play music at the beginning, only turned it on a little later. Also they didn't have enough kettlebells.

What is ClassPass?
