About this studio

At BT Fitness you will get dedicated attention while you work through a high intensity interval training (HIIT) style boot camp. You will then be guided through all the stations in order to show you how to work out effectively and how to minimize injury. With small group classes, you will find a more customized program guided towards your present level of fitness and set to gradually reach your goals over time. Classes are limited to eight clients. As close to having a personal trainer as possible without the cost.

How to get there

BT Fitness is located at 20 South Quaker Lane, Suite 130 in Alexandria, VA There is parking available upstairs from the studio on S Quaker Lane, or around back on Clovin St. The studio is located downstairs if you come in from the S Quaker Lane entrance and if you arrive at the Clovin St entrance it is through the door marked as BT Fitness.

Circuit HIIT class that was challenging and fun. Good instruction. Appropriate for all levels of gym goers.

I love this small group! They are so welcoming and give great modifications so everyone gets the perfect workout for their abilities.

B works with you on a individual level which is great. What you get out of this class directly correlates with how much effort you put into and I left drenched in sweat!

Really awesome workout! Loved the incorporation of running outside/doing stair climbs in the building. Pay close attention at the beginning of class to all the stations, there are a lot. B gives really great personal attention, correcting form and pushing you harder.

Wednesdays are abs & cardio day. Circuit style workout with a 200m (Approx.) run outside every 4th station. This class will have you sweating. Good workout. Full class but plenty of space.

Always a good workout. Berhane definitely pushes you ( in a good way). Wednesday is usually abs & cardio.

Great workout. Small class. Berhane is really good. He always pushes me to my potential. He does a good job of correcting form and giving modifications when necessary.

This is a no frills gym but it still a good workout. It was a circuit style workout. Mondays are lower body with abs. The class is in Alexandria Va not DC as written in the description. The instructor was good at motivating and challenging me to increase weight. If I had to complain about one thing, I would recommend that the instructor have a small board at each station to remind you of what exercise to do each station. There were a lot of stations.
