Seasoned instructors - Farouk and Simon are terrific. They are great at teaching and motivating, and keeping the class focused -- we had a classmate who was not paying attention and Simon tactfully brought her back on track. No ego-amigo, Simon.

Great class - challenging full body workout with a blend of strength and cardio that will definitely leave you sore the next day. Daury and Jess were an energetic, knowledgeable and entertaining team! Facilities are in really good condition. I do agree there's a lot of downtime when they explain each exercise but they still fit a LOT in 50 minutes and I might die if there was more...! Such good music too.

Holy hell! This class was beyond phenomenal- hands down the best I've ever taken at exceed in the 3 years that I've been coming here. James wastes zero time of the 50 mins and keeps you challenged from the very first minute. He's partial to shoulder work + push-ups, so just something to for aware of.

OCR (Obstacle Course Training) TROOPER BOOT CAMP

A challenging workout but so much fun! I wouldnt say its the hardest class on Classpass just because you can go at your own pace since its mostly working through stations. The hardest part was probably the nonstop burpees during the warmup. This was the first time I did a rope climb. Rich was amazing. Very encouraging and helpful and funny. Nothing but good vibes in this class. Its definitely a unique class due to the equipment (rope and monkey bars) which means you get a good forearm workout.

    HIIT

Despite having a small space, there were an interesting set of exercises. Functional full bodied movements where you work your core and stability (including lateral and oblique exercises which I dont see a lot in other studios). It didnt feel like we did a lot of ab exercises but by the time we got to the core finisher my abs were burning. Lee is an awesome instructor, very focused on form. You can tell he cares about people. I feel like I learned things here that I can take to my own workouts. Highly recommend.

Great workout with a balance of interesting combos and short sets of strengthening exercises. Over the 2.5 years that Ive been taking this class weekly, Ive gradually built a solid foundation of strength and balance thats lets me do the sets fluidly and really enjoying the whole session. Its one of the few classes Ive taken thats sustained that kind of progress, and in the end, I keep going back because nothing beats training with Joseph.

Three exercises at each station (we had 4 stations) repeated for five rounds with short breaks.
