Jill says she’s always impressed with her 8:30 Saturday class but maybe our commitment has a lot more to do with her than she gets credit for. To answer her question about the modified squats we did today, I’d say yes! Bring on all variations of squats! Anything to improve my strength, posture, and balance is welcome!

    Core. Sculpt. Flow (CSF)

This class was intense and challenging, even as a consistent pilates attendant. Courtney was very descriptive and made accommodating modifications for each pose. She also checked in with each of us individually after class which I greatly appreciated. High recommended this class and her specifically.

    Deadlifts: Hammys & Glutes

I cannot say enough amazing things about not only this class but Erica specifically is the reason I will be coming back. Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!

Legit boxing gym. Do combination punches on heavy bags and alternate with conditioning. Definitely sweating after this class. Can’t wait to go back. Bring wraps and gloves. Can purchase there.

    Self Defense - Women's

The instructor is very passionate about what he does. His teaching style is flexible allowing for questions and specific self defense situations that you are interested in to guide the class. I learned about the innate strengthens women have against attackers and the inner psychology/mindset of attackers. Highly recommend and a pleasure to attend.

Barry is a well of knowledge and an awesome instructor. I have never learned so much about the history of shoes, walking and how our Western culture plays a role in our chronic pain and immobility. I was completely intrigued and challenged in the best way. I will recommend this class! Thanks Barry. See you again!

    Gym Time

Good gym, reasonable credit price. They will make you wait until 15 min for your slot (but this is in their description, so that’s fair). Overall lots of equipment but busy location and you may have to work in with people if you need specific equipment. Number of lockers also limited and need to bring your own lock.
