This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

I really wish this studio wasn’t closing but alas. Beautiful class in a cozy room and the instructor Liz was super informative and calming and helpful with explaining the poses/flow.. I needed a slower paced class and this delivered the healing that I was looking for. The lights were off for our Savasanah and it was lovely being with others in the darkness in our most relaxed state at the end of a class like that. Thank you! 🙏🙏

Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!
