How to prepare

It is ideal to bring light-weight, comfortable, and clean yoga clothes. Their classes can be quite warm, so it's best to bring your yoga clothes with you and change upon arrival at the studio. You can bring your own yoga mat or rent one of the studio mats for $2. The mats can be a little bit slippery in the warmth of the studio, so a towel is recommended. Upon arrival at the studio, please remove your shoes downstairs and carry them upstairs. You may leave your shoes in the change room for the duration of the class.

One of the best classes I have ever taken! Lots of hands in adjustments, great energy and presence. I would highly recommend!

Cecily is amazing
Vinyasa - Level 1-2 (Music) with Athena
I love Athenas classes! She places a real emphasis on mindfulness in practice, which I think is missing in most yoga classes.

Vinyasa - Level 1-2 with Scott
It was nice and relaxing I usually look for a little more challenge, therefore 4 stars Coach is amazing though
Response from the studio:
Thank you for attending and commenting on Scott's level 1-2 class. Scott is such a thorough and intuitive teacher. His masterful approach offers plenty of "ways in" no matter where you are in your practice. If you're looking for a more challenging class, try one of our many Level 2 or Level 2-3 classes. Namaste
Fluid Flow Level 2 (Music) with Krista
It was an intense class (we were all dripping sweat) and with my injury I couldnt quite keep up but overall great class! I would definitely go to another one or Kristas classes!
