About this studio

Downward Dog's method of practice and teaching is grounded in the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage. Their classes range from solid foundational classes for beginners to dynamic and focused Vinyasa-style classes.

How to prepare

It is ideal to bring light-weight, comfortable, and clean yoga clothes. Their classes can be quite warm, so it's best to bring your yoga clothes with you and change upon arrival at the studio. You can bring your own yoga mat or rent one of the studio mats for $2. The mats can be a little bit slippery in the warmth of the studio, so a towel is recommended. Upon arrival at the studio, please remove your shoes downstairs and carry them upstairs. You may leave your shoes in the change room for the duration of the class.

What is ClassPass?
