Last class with Parnia before she heads back to LA. I’m so happy with all the progress I made in her classes. They’re the most challenging mat pilates class here imo, and you definitely feel the burn and get your money’s worth. With consistency, I’ve gotten better but I still feel sore the next day. Parnia is also so sweet and encouraging towards all her students. All the best to her in her future endeavours. We love you so much and we will miss you, Parnia! 🩷

Brooklyn was top notch! 💯 she was very clear, attentive with correcting postures and positions and I love how she actually demonstrates the next movement (on the floor). I’ve done reformer pilates but i’ve never sweat like crazy til Brooklyn’s class. Only note is, the reception/waiting area is quite small so the in & out of the back2back classes are a bit chaotic.

    PILATES BURN

Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

Not a review but observation… other patrons should think of others before they wear their shoes up the stairs and into the locker room. If you don’t leave them downstairs at least take them off. I saw 3 women do this while waiting for class. And one took her phone into the space and put in bag before class started when there’s clearly a rule not to bring them in.

So glad I was able to make it into this class last minute. I typically find the Stride classes better workouts bc of the cardio, but Brianna unlocked the secret to the Sets format IMO with the slow, intentional movements. The program spent a good amount of time on each muscle group so it burneddd by the end (in a good way). Also she is very specific with her corrections on form. A+++ instructor, take any class with her and feel stronger!!

This might have been my fav class taken in the Sun Room at Solis! I loved Sara’s energy, playlist, and chitchats throughout class (asking about our plans for the weekend, TV series watched, etc…it helped time to pass and keep me distracted). The workout was solid and I was sooooooo sweaty. Would have loved it if she’d opened the door partway through just for a wee bit of fresh air. I found the music a bit too loud but unlike some of the other instructors, I could still hear Sara’s cues and voice well enough to follow along. I really feel like I got a full-body workout with every muscle group targeted. Thanks and see you again!

Emily led an excellent class - it was a slow and mindful version of a Hatha class that included lots of wonderful stretches and balancing exercises. I left feeling calmer and grateful. Also I loved how the class was so diverse - unlike most yoga classes, when I looked around the room there were people of varying body shapes and sizes, genders, and races. ZUMBA

Great class! Not too difficult and great for both beginners and those with dance experience. Just the right amount of intensity for a Saturday afternoon. Jessica radiates positivity and is a fun & vibrant instructor. I arrived late and was thinking about leaving but she welcomed me into the class with open arms. I’ll definitely add this class to my rotation.

    Reformer Flow [Beginner]

This far exceeded my experience at other studios for a beginner class. Daniya was patient and a lovely instructor overall. Perfect for beginners and love the added water and coffee cause I am not a morning person. 10/10 would come again!!

Great introductory class! Thomas was very positive and informative. It's beginner friendly but you have to trust yourself to trust the silks and face fears. Highly recommend, I will be signing up for future classes to build my strength and endurance

Dani, is a vibe and I really like her way of teaching. I like all the new fancy studios that have popped up as much as anyone else does, if you’re into that. But, I love that this place holds the feeling of what a yoga class when I first started years and years ago. Friendly, quaint, non-judgemental, mindful, welcoming and a great experience!
