see all reviewsLast class with Parnia before she heads back to LA. I’m so happy with all the progress I made in her classes. They’re the most challenging mat pilates class here imo, and you definitely feel the burn and get your money’s worth. With consistency, I’ve gotten better but I still feel sore the next day. Parnia is also so sweet and encouraging towards all her students. All the best to her in her future endeavours. We love you so much and we will miss you, Parnia! 🩷

see all reviewsBrooklyn was top notch! 💯 she was very clear, attentive with correcting postures and positions and I love how she actually demonstrates the next movement (on the floor). I’ve done reformer pilates but i’ve never sweat like crazy til Brooklyn’s class. Only note is, the reception/waiting area is quite small so the in & out of the back2back classes are a bit chaotic.

see all reviewsBest Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

see all reviewsNot a review but observation… other patrons should think of others before they wear their shoes up the stairs and into the locker room. If you don’t leave them downstairs at least take them off. I saw 3 women do this while waiting for class. And one took her phone into the space and put in bag before class started when there’s clearly a rule not to bring them in.

Sometimes I find his classes harder than the bikram sequence even though the heat is technically lower lol, on that note I wish he had more of his classes offered in the hot room I think the be room is too small.

see all reviewsSo glad I was able to make it into this class last minute. I typically find the Stride classes better workouts bc of the cardio, but Brianna unlocked the secret to the Sets format IMO with the slow, intentional movements. The program spent a good amount of time on each muscle group so it burneddd by the end (in a good way). Also she is very specific with her corrections on form. A+++ instructor, take any class with her and feel stronger!!

see all reviewsThis might have been my fav class taken in the Sun Room at Solis! I loved Sara’s energy, playlist, and chitchats throughout class (asking about our plans for the weekend, TV series watched, etc…it helped time to pass and keep me distracted). The workout was solid and I was sooooooo sweaty. Would have loved it if she’d opened the door partway through just for a wee bit of fresh air. I found the music a bit too loud but unlike some of the other instructors, I could still hear Sara’s cues and voice well enough to follow along. I really feel like I got a full-body workout with every muscle group targeted. Thanks and see you again!

The classes may be full of people, but you do not feel that at all because the instructor goes around checking everyone’s form. One thing that was new and changed my experience was the music!! Emily is a talented teacher - down to earth, friendly, and offers lots of modifications. Also I loved how the class was so diverse - unlike most yoga classes, when I looked around the room there were people of varying body shapes and sizes, genders, and races. I do also wish that the girl in the class who was on her phone the entire time at least had enough common sense and courtesy to put her phone on silence so anytime she got a text the whole back of the class wasn’t alerted.
