This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

Thoughts on the studio - beautiful but needs some improvements. First, you need to number the lockers somehow lol. Second, put in a coat rack for ppl who don’t need a locker and have minimal stuff. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Yin & Restore

This Yin and Restorative class was great. Instructor chelsea was very clear about how to indicate preferences for adjustments (or declining adjustments). It was a treat to receive adjustments in a practice.

    Reform I

I always wanted to try reformer Pilates because I have bad joints and mat Pilates really gave me a lot of pain. This class was the perfect speed and intensity for me. Thank you to Kim, the instructor, for assisting me when I was struggling to keep up, not because it was too difficult, but because I just wasn’t used to the machine. Would recommend this for anybody who wants to do Pilates, but need to ease into it a little bit.
