About this studio

BeHot Yoga offers Bikram Method Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Hiit, and Yin Yoga in downtown Toronto. The studio is equipped with two hot yoga rooms for both Bikram and "reduced heat" classes!

How to prepare

Please wear yoga clothes. New members: Please fill out the registration form and liability waiver before coming to the studio. If registration/liability is not completed, you will not be permitted to take class: http://www.behotyogatoronto.com/apps/mindbody/login We rent mats/towels for $2 each. The ladie's change room is equipped with three showers, the men's with two.

How to get there

We are located at 43 Colborne St. on the second floor, just steps from King subway station. Colborne street runs parallel to King street and you will find us behind the King Edward Hotel.
