Bikram Method - Hot Yoga with Rory
Instructor was super encouraging and had the most calming voice. Don’t expect to come to class for a light stretch- this was a wild workout. Not sure if I have ever sweat so much.

Rory is amazing!
Vinyasa Flow - Heated with Samantha
I really liked the class - but it’s not really for beginners as the poses are not explained.

"Hot Hiit 45" Pilates with Nicole
This was a really good workout and actually pretty fun!
Yin Yoga - Reduced Heat with Melissa
If you’re looking to try yin yoga I would suggest saving your money or classpass credits by skipping this studio and looking elsewhere. While the place is nice and the instructor was very welcoming, it’s a terrible environment for this type of practice. While trying to relax you can constantly hear voices from the lobby, reception, or the music and instructor from the class in the next room. Also the room is extremely small and the class was packed almost touching mat to mat. If you really want to explore this studio I would strongly recommend taking a class other than this one! I have not tried any other yoga places downtown to suggest an alternative however I’ve always had the best possible experiences with classes at Moksha or Modo studios if you can find a location near you :)
Bikyasa - Heated (Vinyasa/Bikram Series) with Olivia
Class was awesome, instructor rocked. I wish the studio offered more vinyasa flow classes. But I just personally don’t like Bikram. And it’s surprisingly hard to find hot flow classes in Toronto! This class was a really nice blend of the fast and slow paces. The studio is tooooo small to host as many people as they do. It is somewhat unpleasant getting into and leaving the class, it’s like a stampede of sweaty people. They need to put a more appropriate cap on the max participants to make attendees more comfortable.
