Temperature checks
Please do not come to the studio if you are not feeling well, including cough, sore throat, malaise or any other symptoms of Covid-19.
Social distancing measures
Place your mat between the stickers provided. Mats are spaced 7 ft. apart.
Extra sanitation
We completely sanitize the yoga room with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each class. We also use UV light for disinfectant as a double precaution.
Mask-wearing policies
Masks on everywhere until you arrive on your mat. You may choose to do class with or without your mask on, but mats are spaced 7 ft apart for safety.
