Ferris360 offers carefully crafted ultimate 60 Minute Full Body Workouts! Their group fitness classes allow you to exercise and be motivated by others and yet the workouts are still very individualized. As one client said, "it is like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. Their FULL360 classes are challenging and motivating using a combination of cardio, strength, power, core, and flexibility exercises. The result is a very dynamic, high intensity program that helps you burn maximum body fat while increasing your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility and agility.

Please bring indoor training shoes. Sweat and shower towels are supplied!

We are located on the north, west side of Yonge Street at the intersection of Yonge and Davisville in the outside lower concourse. (directly below the Tim Hortons)

Best class with Shady! One reco, its hard to get the choreography down for some exercises even if weve been going there for years and only took a couple month break recently. Demonstrate the moves one extra time just to make sure we get it right. That sets this studio apart from the rest

Great class! Challenging strength workout. Good instruction with technical pointers. Great studio and good atmosphere. Would recommend for those who are intermediate to advanced.

Really good class. Alex is very encouraging and thoughtful with the structure of the workout.

I think Megan could have pushed the class a little bit more. Overall it was a good one.

It is a hard workout, but you have so many modifications. Any really pays attention to each ones form.

Shady and Ferris360 are the best. Hands down.

Good class. Would have liked a bit more time for strength as I felt that the 15 minute stretch of cardio dragged on a bit. Alex is a good instructor.
Shred360 with Aaron
Really intense workout and carefully constructed. Aaron will verbally prompt your form but wont physically or directly tell you where youre wrong. His attitude towards the class is very individualistic which I found motivating because you have to hold yourself accountable to work hard.
Core + Glutes with Samuel
Good workout but no music which was a bit dull
