Not impressed by this instructor compared to the others at this studio. Aaron didn’t demo any of the exercises and it was easy to get lost.

Great class! Challenging circuit with an excellent warm up. Shady is a great instructor, pays attention to form and teaches technique really well. Great music and good space with lots of variety and options for equipment. Highly recommend!

About this studio

Ferris360 offers carefully crafted ultimate 60 Minute Full Body Workouts! Their group fitness classes allow you to exercise and be motivated by others and yet the workouts are still very individualized. As one client said, "it is like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. Their FULL360 classes are challenging and motivating using a combination of cardio, strength, power, core, and flexibility exercises. What is ClassPass?
