Ferris360 offers carefully crafted ultimate 60 Minute Full Body Workouts! Their group fitness classes allow you to exercise and be motivated by others and yet the workouts are still very individualized. As one client said, "it is like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. Their FULL360 classes are challenging and motivating using a combination of cardio, strength, power, core, and flexibility exercises. The result is a very dynamic, high intensity program that helps you burn maximum body fat while increasing your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility and agility.

Please bring indoor training shoes. Sweat and shower towels are supplied!

We are located on the north, west side of Yonge Street at the intersection of Yonge and Davisville in the outside lower concourse. (directly below the Tim Hortons)

good class. Lights go out, music goes loud and the workout begins. The bassment class is pretty much a cardio meets strength format. It’s a 10 minute warm up followed by 3 rounds of cardio and strength...alternating between the two. half the room does cardio (row, ski erg, treadmill or something that resembles a step master) and the other half strength. four minutes and you alternate. Pretty intense...good workout! Instructor was pretty good but it’s a big class..almost 20 people so you don’t get any personal attention.

Been to this class before when Julian taught it and it was amazing. Loved the upbeat music before but now...the music is more hip hop and r&b and it was very difficult to work out to. Not motivating!!!!

What is ClassPass?
