About this studio

FLYT Club believes that fitness extends beyond the physical. The ability to survive, adapt and thrive in your environment is a product of the physical, mental and spiritual. FLYT attempts to honour this idea by creating a supportive community, diverse in offerings, that challenges the individual to dig deeper and uncover a new strength and a greater sense of self. Release some pent up anger in a Muay Thai class hitting the heavy bag, tackle anxiety head on in a heart racing spin class, increase your confidence discovering your true strength in a bootcamp class, or simply slow down and let go and exhale in a deep stretch class at FLYT Club.

How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time so we can get you set up to have your best class. Please wear comfortable active wear and athletic shoes. Please bring a water bottle. Exercise towels, gloves, lockers with locks provided. For spinning classes, our bikes accommodate regular athletic shoes or cycling shoes with SPD cleats.

How to get there

FLYT Club is located at 809 Dundas Street W in Toronto, ON M6J 1V2. Free parking is available on the side streets in the neighbourhood. Paid parking is available on Dundas Street outside of rush hours.

Loni’s one of the best instructors in Toronto. She truly knows what she’s doing and guides you in an encouraging and kind way. This workout was a killer, but easy enough to catch on. The studio is clean, new, and all the staff are so nice!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
