Rachel is one of the best yoga teachers in the city who brings unique classes suitable for all levels to the studio. Her classes are great as you can build on your skills and strengths week over week if you want to improve your yoga ability, going to her classes regularly will definitely give you results. I also love her reiki healing classes — they’re so helpful in regulating your blockages and nervous system, especially with so many healers in the room, something you really can’t get anywhere else.

I really like his classes they’re definitely challenging but a good sweat and strength workout. Sometimes I find his classes harder than the bikram sequence even though the heat is technically lower lol, on that note I wish he had more of his classes offered in the hot room I think the be room is too small.

Renelyn was amazing, period. I've taken lots of other lagree/megaformer classes but her energy, style of teaching & cueing (especially this!) realllllly work for me. She balances some chill warm ups with really nice flowing sequences. Also her playlists RIP, never heard any as thoughtfully curated in all my years of pilates. Taking this class at Upeksha was truly a magical experience. The space itself felt almost otherworldly, with a soft, glowing energy that instantly wrapped around me the moment I walked in. There was something strangely ethereal about it, like stepping into a sacred little portal tucked away from the rest of the world. The atmosphere was warm, grounding, and charged with a quiet kind of magic that made everything feel intentional and alive. Jade held the room with such grace and presence, guiding us in a way that felt intuitive and healing. Darcy’s class is relaxing, meditative, and thoughtfully planned out to calm the nervous system. The intention setting at the beginning of the class allows the brain to switch into yoga mode and leave the distraction of the day behind. The deep stretching prepares you for the flow, allowing the body to get deeper and deeper in every pose. By the end of class, in shavasana, the body is so relaxed - it is easy to fall asleep! Yvonne was an amazing instructor! This workout was the perfect balance of physical and mental challenge. The music was also great, which is a huge plus for me because I really need music to get pumped up!

The studio space is new and clean with brand new mats and accessories. Very intimate class size. Welcoming instructor. Removed a star because I didn’t know how to get into the studio space as the front doors/elevators/stairs required an access fob and there were no instructions on ‘how to prepare’ or on the website.
