Wonderful hip-opening theme for class today, there is never pressure to overextend in this class. Work at your comfort level and reap the benefits. Jelayna is always very relaxing and encouraging in her demeanour.

Challenging but fun! Very easy to skip head/handstands if you have to

The class was a fun blend of vinyasa and kundalini, with a little dance party mixed in. Vitina has a great energy and provided modifications for all levels.

This class was amazing, I’ve never used a yoga wheel before and I loved how versatile and unique it made this flow. Hana is a great instructor and I definitely work in her classes.

What is ClassPass?
