Mat Pilates with Alexandra
the class wasn’t as challenging as I wanted and was also quite short, but the studio is beautiful; I would come back for a yoga class but will do fitness elsewhere.
FLOW and LET GO with Samuel
Great verbal instructions. I’m new and could follow along without having to look up constantly. Was very guided, letting you know exactly what was moving, what you should feel etc.

Very low intensity, good for an intro Pilates class but not very challenging for someone more advanced. Also seems very short.

Great class! Loved the teacher! If you’re looking for a class with a good sweat and the most relaxing shavasana, I would highly recommend. The teacher has a bunch of essential oils for the class to use- great aromatherapy benefit!

Not what I thought at first glance. A great class to build mind muscle connection. It was a “letting go of things” class that you need to try. Stella’s voice is soothing as well it’s like a relaxation CD :)

What is ClassPass?
