Tracy continues to amaze as a trainer and motivator. Her comment while I was on the stairmaster : "you are going to die one day, why not make today that day" made me step even faster. She then followed up with a comment while I was on the treadmill: "imagine a cougar is chasing you! " I asked whether it was cougar animal or cougar woman and she said woman". I never ran so fast in my life. Her motivation was off the charts today and so were her announcements at the end. I can't wait to attend the nutrition seminar on the 30th! Thank you Tracy!

    FLOW

I’ve been loving this studio. It’s so clean and the location/ease of parking are convenient. I can see why Natalie’s class is so busy, she gives great cues and the flow was accessible but the sequencing felt unique enough to keep things interesting. I also really appreciated that she took the reins as the class started filling up to have folks adjust their mat placement and allow for people to fill in. That can be an awkward part of a full class but her direction was really appreciated so that everyone had a good spot with plenty of room.

Danielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. Wonderful instruction and fun idea. I cycle a lot, and it’s a lot of fun how different instructors entertain and challenge during a class. I will say unfortunately the music/music videos were not at all my taste (alt-rock, pop-punk, and EDM predominantly) but it wasn’t lost on me that the instructor did try to mix genres, and I can’t fault her at all for my personal taste. She often emphasized that we do not have to do or perform every movement that was being shown to us, and that we can make this practice what we want, and in doing that we will get out of it what we want! I loved it mainly because it made me feel like a little kid again! It was a crazy experience to let go and trust the silk. I will say, I was definitely expecting the experience to be all around a bit softer, especially regarding the silk, and it was not. FLOW FIT 60 - yoga + weights

Jay is an amazing instructor and always has the best music. Definitely got a great workout in this class. It was hot, about 98 degrees, so a little hotter than CP sculpt classes. I had some ice water in my water bottle and was so glad. The studio is nice and clean, the only thing I think would be nice is more vibey lighting (like a little less bright), but that’s more of a personal preference than anything. I’ll be back for sure.

The space was calm, inviting, intimate, and cozy. Emily greeted me so warmly and helped me feel right at home. The setup was so meticulously done and clean. The class was exactly what I needed, and Emily’s guidance and instruction was kind and clear. Emily’s beautiful voice is incredibly soothing, and she began the class with a mantra and ended the class with a song. Emily also checked in around appropriate times to make sure I was comfortable, and it is very obvious that Emily cares deeply about consent. I highly recommend this class and am looking forward to returning!
