see all reviewsI don't know what else to say except I think I've found my fave class. Kim's approach, her check in with all students on arrival, her guidance and words during class, her method and everything is just all that I align with. I don't live in Seattle but will ensure I'll back as much as possible.

see all reviewsThis class was FUN! High energy and low lights. Instructor asked if anyone was new and let us know this wasn’t a beginner class, so keeping up with the steps may be challenging for new folks, but it was a friendly, welcoming environment. Having some dance or dance fitness background is helpful, but not a requirement and it’s a great brain workout if you’re new or getting back into this kind of thing. Will be back. Cubbies and hangers, and water fountain in the studio.

see all reviewsI was super sore from an intro to strength training class and needed a nice stretch. This class was such a good pace and I loved how long we stayed in each stretch. Mallory was a lovely instructor. If I had to give any feedback I would ask for more detailed instruction for specific stretches, I wasn’t familiar with most of them and felt like I was doing them wrong. But she was clear about moving in a way that feels good for you! Wasn’t busy on a Monday night!

see all reviewsThis was such a good class! Stephanie was energetic and easy to follow which made the workout pass by quickly. Only complaint I have is that there was no mirror in front of my mat so I couldn’t see my form while doing the exercises.

With a focus on breath and well-being, I always feel a peaceful energy after each class. The studio is a rarity and a fabulous respite from all the hot yoga offerings around town. I’m so thankful that they accept Classpass. Thank you🙏🏼

see all reviewsLove Morgan’s classes and her energy! So creative, planned and also full of the mental spiritual growth lessons. Took teacher training with her and Casey at Shefa a couple of years ago. I make a point to take a class from her when I come back to Seattle. Highly recommend for those who want to challenge themselves and appreciate the life lessons yoga teaches us.

see all reviewsFriendly and kind instructor. Incredible talented at teaching. My only feedback and this is so small and not a big deal- he mentioned assisting people and us opting out if we didn’t want that. I didn’t see him doing that. Some of my postures probably could use some tweaking haha. LOVED THE SPACE!

see all reviewsI’ve taken robins class in Bellevue before and enjoy her challenging vinyasa flows so much that I decided to take her closer-to-home class here at hauteyoga QA. I’m still newish to yoga as I get back into the practice after so many years off and while her classes are quick-paced and challenging, they are still approachable for all levels. She typically provides an option in select poses for advanced yogis, but you are by no means required or pressured to go there. I really also enjoy these smaller class sizes. There were about 15 of us without much room for more. With a more intimate class size, I feel there’s more opportunity to interact with the instructor and get corrections and tips. Lastly, this studio being right on QA Ave I feel can be intimidating for those commuting to class because of the need to find street parking. However, even though this is always quite a busy street, so long as you plan to be 10-15 mins early, I’ve always been able to find a spot within 1-2 blocks of where I need to be. I recommend giving hauteyoga a try!

It’s a traditional Pilates on a machine so if you are used to Lagree or Solidcore you may find it “easier” at first but do not worry, it will kick you b^tt in all new way. Great experience to focus on different muscles and work on combining breathing and movement. Katie is an incredible teacher - I took her classes elsewhere and always have a great workout and overall experience (and pain after lol). Little studio hidden around Factoria mall area.
