I’ve been searching for Isai’s style of teaching for awhile, and I’m so glad I found him, and this studio. Literally basing life decisions (like which part of town to move to) on Isai’s Sunday class. And I’m sure others - I’ve only experienced the Sundays.

Inishkin told us a story about Ganesh while she took us through the a Yin flow that felt like your mom tucking you in to bed as a kid. All to a moonscape on the giant screen. I'm a seasoned yogi and particular about my classes; I can confidently say this was a treat for the nervous system you don't want to miss.

I absolutely adore Jose’s classes! I take his vinyasa and then stretch and restore right after. He knows just how to challenge you without driving you to your breaking point. His classes cater to all levels and abilities, and he has a great mentality and positive attitude. I’ve been doing these classes for a few months now and definitely feel my body getting stronger and more flexible. Could not recommend his classes enough!

    Hot 26&2

Really happy that there is finally a bikram-esque class in the area!! This was a shortened version of the classic bikram and it was less strict and I think less humid. Would be great for people who liked the concept of bikram but find the length, strictness, and humidity not their style. The instructor made it light and fun. It is described as an advanced class but I feel anyone can do bikram so long as they pay close attention to instructions.

Excellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

I love Lucy’s classes! I had hip surgery not long ago, and ever since surgery I try to attend 1 of Lucy’s classes a week. I’ve had no issues with pain and she always gives modification options on movements which I appreciate since my hips aren’t very flexible. I’ve done several classes at CorePower that are way too rushed and cardio driven, where you feel like you can never catch up and when you do, they are already onto the next movement, however Lucy is the perfect level of cardio and weight sculpting. She gives plenty of opportunity for breaks and less challenging movements to lower your heart rate throughout class. Highly recommend!

Make sure to get there 10 mins early because you have to sign the waiver and the place gets quite busy (could have to wait in line). I really liked the instructor.
