see all reviewsMy favorite yoga instructor I’ve ever gotten to take a class from. Her outlook on yoga and teaching is wonderful. She instructs regardless of skill level. It feels comfortable in these classes yet you still want to give it your all! As someone who is sort of in between beginner and yogi I find her way of teaching is nice.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class. Drew is a very experienced yoga (and life?) instructor who brings light humor and positive energy to classroom. His yin yang class was quite creative and challenging in a good way and his instructions to get us in and out of poses were fun to follow.

see all reviewsCassie is hands down the best instructor at flow. She puts a ton of thought into her playlists (FIRE music taste), she’s super encouraging, and her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. The time flies by because no two classes are the same and each sequence blends well into the next. I’ve noticed a a lot more muscle tone since I’ve started taking her classes and I always leave in a better mood than when I got there. I hope to see her on the schedule more for Fremont in the future!!

see all reviewsIf you’re looking for a vinyasa class with flow sequences in the traditional sense, this isn’t the class to take. That being said, this was a great class - it felt more like a yoga workshop. Elizabeth is super knowledgeable and goes into depth and the “why” of fundamentals we often overlook. I learned about concepts and terms for the first time, even after years of practicing yoga in countless studios with different teachers. I was skeptical when class first started because it’s very dialogue driven, but by the end I was sweating and shaking just as much as I have in any other class - I worked hard! You’ll definitely benefit from what you learn in this class and can use the takeaways when you do go back to a vinyasa (or other) yoga class.

see all reviewsGreat instructor, great workout, and friendly community. The only hiccup was the “How to Prepare” information on ClassPass. It said to come 15 minutes early (would suggest 10 min, as there’s still a class in session if you come 15 minutes early). It also didn’t mention anything about bringing a mat to class so I needed to borrow one. It just said to wear athletic clothing and shoes, but for the class you actually leave shoes at the door. A few tweaks to the info on ClassPass and I think students would feel more prepared. Nonetheless everyone was friendly and understanding about my confusion for my first time at the class.
