This class is so soothing. Elliana is a truly gifted teacher and creates a space to feel connected to both yourself and everyone in the room. I can’t recommend enough!

This was a true restorative yoga class which was wholeheartedly appreciated. No downward dogs, just pure stretching, breathing and relaxation. I loved the fuzzy bolsters and positive energy. Instructor was great, just the perfect amount of talking.

    Shred

Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

By far the best class I’ve ever taken with Kate. Loved everything about this class - the moves, the variations, the flow, the atmosphere, etc. 45 mins went by so fast. Sanctuary is always a good choice for a cold rainy night like tonight.

Loved this class! Instructor Ange is an incredible teacher! She demos the moves very clearly and efficiently beforehand which is helpful. Her teaching style has a great flow and is fun while it gets your body moving! Also her themes for class are thoughtful and creative and silly! I love it.

Loved the class. The ambiance was nice and dark to set you in a calming mood. The instructor did a great job leading the class and then walking around to correct form if needed. But also let you know that if you didn’t want to be touched you wouldn’t be. The room is warm and I was sweating but the cold towel in the end felt so good.

    Hot ABSolutely Burning Butts

I recently attended Sarita’s hot fast and furious fusion class and was impressed. The high-energy environment, combined with elements of yoga, barre, and weightlifting, made for a comprehensive workout that left me feeling both challenged and invigorated. I burned a lot of calories and felt my muscles working hard. I highly recommend Sarita’s class to anyone looking for a dynamic and effective workout. She’s an excellent instructor!
