    Power Flow

The music was so good! (Lo-Fi playlist ofsome sort). I was still able to hear the instructor and the class wasn't completely full so it was very comfortable. Tania's voice was clear and her choice of moves flowed very well! Probably my favorite class at Pranify yet!

    FLOW

Ryan is great at guiding through the movements verbally and demonstrating throughout the class. It is slower paced than the classes I've been in but I can still feel the challenge. I feel lighter as I walk out as we have moments of long duration holds and stretches.

    Y6 Hot

I've been doing hot yoga for years, and April gave cues that I've never been given that helped me engage muscles that really helped me maximize the pose I was in and do it pain-free. This was an amazing class that was challenging yet calming and centering at the same time. I will definitely be taking her class again, and I highly suggest you do the same!

Jeff does an excellent job describing each move and demoing it also. He also walks around and checks you are doing the pose correctly and are doing well during the class. Jeff is very patient, easy going, and makes sure the entire class is doing well. Highly recommend Jeff and will be back for another class soon.

    Shred

Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

    60 Min. Tru HIIT Pilates

Honestly THE best class I’ve been to so far!!! And I’m saying this after attending solidcore, soulcycle etc. I felt so good after this workout. The only downside is the room got pretty hot at like 40mins mark so I almost felt dizzy and wanted to leave but thank god the instructor opened the door a little and I was fine after!! Would have given this class 10/10 if the class was 45mins long.

Friendly suggestion to not use terminology like “prisoner squats”. It’s not really appropriate and made me kind of uncomfortable when it was being repeated over and over in class. I love sanctuary though and would highly recommend! Just wanted to share this feedback 😊

Camille is 5/5 stars: pace, poses, clear easy to follow directions. I like a slower style where we hold poses so I can focus on form. The only thing about the studio is when she is on the far side of the studio it can be hard to hear positioning, so my recommendation is to pick a spot toward the middle and you’ll have a great experience like I did.

    Bala Classes/Flow

Bala has a heavy handful of really amazing teachers— and Craig is absolutely one of them. He has such an amazing ability to create a dynamic, powerful flow that not only challenges you but keeps your energy up the entire time. While I wouldn’t recommend his class for a first timer, I do think his classes are great for beginners (who have their basics down) and experienced yogis alike. I would consider myself somewhat advanced, but his cues are always spot on and really improve my overall practice. If you have a chance to experience his teachings, you won’t be disappointed. Oh and his music has such a wild variety— I love it.

Showed up and no class was going to happen because of being only signed up. At one of my other clubs I attend there is a text system. The gal up front said because I was the only signed up I’d get credits back but she had no way to communicate that there was no class. Love CorePower and not offended! But a reach out would be good.

Loved the class. The ambiance was nice and dark to set you in a calming mood. The instructor did a great job leading the class and then walking around to correct form if needed. But also let you know that if you didn’t want to be touched you wouldn’t be. The room is warm and I was sweating but the cold towel in the end felt so good.

    FLOW FIT 60 - sculpt

Jay is an amazing instructor and always has the best music. Definitely got a great workout in this class. It was hot, about 98 degrees, so a little hotter than CP sculpt classes. I had some ice water in my water bottle and was so glad. The studio is nice and clean, the only thing I think would be nice is more vibey lighting (like a little less bright), but that’s more of a personal preference than anything. I’ll be back for sure.
