    Power Flow

Love Marni! She patiently walks us through every pose, never rushing and always offering gentle, hands‑on adjustments to help us find the right alignment. What really sets her apart is that she goes through almost every flow alongside us, so you never feel like you’re left to figure things out on your own. Her clear, encouraging guidance makes even the toughest sequences feel accessible, and I always leave each session feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. If you’re looking for an instructor who truly meets you where you are and inspires you to grow, she’s the one.

    Y6 Restore

I was super sore from an intro to strength training class and needed a nice stretch. This class was such a good pace and I loved how long we stayed in each stretch. Mallory was a lovely instructor. If I had to give any feedback I would ask for more detailed instruction for specific stretches, I wasn’t familiar with most of them and felt like I was doing them wrong. But she was clear about moving in a way that feels good for you! Wasn’t busy on a Monday night!

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Erin was great, I've done yoga sculpt at this studio before and I would definitely take this class again. Her version was EXTREMELY fast-paced and challenging, I like that we got some much needed ab exercises too. The only thing is that parts of it were maybe just TOO fast, if her speed was at 100 I would say just turn down to 90 so we can really feel the movements more as it was really heavy on the cardio Moreno than the yoga component. Other than that, loved it!

    Power Vinyasa - Heated

Great class. Wonderful instructor. While I enjoy music being played in a class, this was the first time I’ve experienced a class with no music being played. It’s just you, your breath, and the instructors guidance. I feel like it helped me be more present in my body and mind. I appreciated that there was an opportunity to practice any inversion of your choosing. Huge mirrors in the studio, which I find so helpful to check on my posture. Parking in the main Junction area can often be difficult, but not so bad on the streets behind it. I’ll definitely be back.

    Hot Total Body Conditioning

Oxygen is a great new studio in Bellevue. I loved the Saturday morning Hot Total Body Condition class with Sarita, she’s a friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate instructor. This class is for weight and cardio training, so it makes sense that the space is well-lit, and the music was perfectly suited for a workout. Perhaps some people just enjoy finding things to complain about, but I personally appreciate what this class offers and will definitely be back!
