I recently took my first class at Sweat Circuit with Tracy, and I can't recommend it enough! Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. Her enthusiasm and positive vibe made the workout not only effective but also fun! Whether you're new or experienced, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way. If you’re looking for a great workout with an amazing instructor, definitely try one of Tracy's classes. Highly recommend!

A class with Casey is always that best treat - at anytime of day! The creative sequence is fun and interesting for those new to yoga while still challenging for anyone who’s experienced. You break a sweat without realizing it because it’s not boring enough or too intense to notice how hard you’re working. Can’t wait to return!!
