    Be warned : Robel will try to kill you! But he'll flash that smile and cheer you on and encourage you and improve your form, somehow making you want to excel and push ever harder as you repeatedly, painfully lunge your way to the grave, sweating from every pore.     Regular barre but on steroids! Intense, great workout. I fell in love with barre in the last 6 months and tired FlyBarre for the first time today. I’ll definitely be back. Wicker pace than refusal barre, depending on what you’re looking for that day. Both are good workouts. I do hot yoga, strength training and also run, so this is a great change to mix things up.

Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

    Ben is a friendly, organized, quality instructor.     Access the shack via unmarked stairs at the south end of the 1800 building — the stairs are all the way to the right if you’re looking at the building and Westlake street is behind you.
