see all reviewsInstructor was lovely! Class was a standard vinyasa flow. I’m not a huge fan of the in-your-feels music because I go to yoga to escape the world and my mind, so would prefer more neutral music. Will definitely explore other classes here!

see all reviewsLove Morgan’s classes and her energy! So creative, planned and also full of the mental spiritual growth lessons. Took teacher training with her and Casey at Shefa a couple of years ago. I make a point to take a class from her when I come back to Seattle. Highly recommend for those who want to challenge themselves and appreciate the life lessons yoga teaches us.

see all reviewsthis class was SO fun i would’ve never known about these stairs if it wasn’t for this and it was so nice being outside. the stair sequence was simple but KILLER and the arms/abs were acc a nice break from it. only reason i gave it 4 stars was because it was mainly self managed and the instructor was also doing the class so i feel it should cost less credits
