see all reviewsRoom is not big but has a good variety of equipments (stair climbers, ski machines, treadmills, air bikes, squat stands, etc.). Love the structure of the class (7-min rounds of different workouts) it makes you busy and not bored. I’m a beginner for fitness classes and this is challenging but not impossible as you can use lighter weights. Tracy checked in with me a few times during the class knowing I’m new, teaching me how to use equipments, the right postures and the right muscles to use.

see all reviewsThis class was FUN! High energy and low lights. Instructor asked if anyone was new and let us know this wasn’t a beginner class, so keeping up with the steps may be challenging for new folks, but it was a friendly, welcoming environment. Having some dance or dance fitness background is helpful, but not a requirement and it’s a great brain workout if you’re new or getting back into this kind of thing. Will be back. see all reviewsI never did a Hyrox workout before so I looked at YouTube. This class isn’t quite hyrox - it was 8 stations set up as intervals of 1:15 min on/ 20s off, repeat 8 times. The real hyrox isnt intervals, it’s just straight through. But this format kept it accessible for everyone, so that was nice. Instructor had so much energy. He was awesome and kept us going. Great playlist too. Throwback to all my fav college bangers for this elder millennial.

see all reviewsLove the clean large space! The ice breaker at the beginning was fun and set the tone for how friendly and welcoming everyone was. see all reviewsErin was great, I've done yoga sculpt at this studio before and I would definitely take this class again. Her version was EXTREMELY fast-paced and challenging, I like that we got some much needed ab exercises too. The only thing is that parts of it were maybe just TOO fast, if her speed was at 100 I would say just turn down to 90 so we can really feel the movements more as it was really heavy on the cardio Moreno than the yoga component. Other than that, loved it!

see all reviewsMy favorite local workout class! Dani is the best. Really welcoming and encouraging to those of all fitness levels. Challenging but always varied and fun. I appreciate the close attention given to proper form and modifications provided when needed. The structure and timing of each circuit is well thought out, so it’s actually doable with time for rest between sets and to wipe down equipment before switching stations. I’m not someone who typically enjoys strength training or HIIT, but I know it’s good for my health, and I honestly look forward to going here.

see all reviewsOut of all the bar studios in the area, this is my preferred one. The vibe is very welcoming and you can tell the people who go here know and like each other. It’s a tough workout, but the room isn’t pitch black or with music so loud it could be a nightclub (those are not my favorite experiences). People of all ages go here. Everyone is kind, and it also feels more laid-back than other studios I’ve been to, which I like. The staff puts away the weights and props for you, which I am usually happy to do on my own, but it does make it feel like that extra touch elevated experience. Showers available and plenty of bathroom space. Street parking is available and I’ve never had an issue finding parking. They don’t require you to purchase special socks from them, you can wear your own.

see all reviewsI don’t think there’s a way for class passers to enter this gym in the morning since the front desk isn’t staffed before 9a, but I just waited outside in the cold until a nice member let me in. Then, I had no clue where to go. But I saw the instructor walk in (I saw his picture with name on the wall so knew it was him) and followed. The room for rise and grind is to the left. The gym is basic. The actual class was good. We did 4 x 10 of shoulder press & lateral raise, then 4x10 of RDL & rows, then squats & overhead triceps and core. I could have done a similar workout as open gym but really did appreciate the instructor’s personal attention and feedback. He called the group out a bit on the core section and made us repeat some reps - I love that kind of accountability and thought it pushed me harder, but I’ve read enough ClassPass reviews to know some people get really sensitive with that.

(I had never stepped foot in a cycling class before today)***I definitely was nervous to book after reading some reviews… but idk what some of these people are complaining about. I felt nothing but positive energy and encouragement from not just the instructor but all the members who attended. (Members said hello and even asked what I thought at the end- love a supportive/welcoming community). It’s easy to feel embarrassed for not knowing all the positions/leans, but I was never shamed for it! I was set up for success. I got to sit behind a few people who were regulars and it helped a lot! As long as you’re truly trying you’re best to keep up and make the most of your experience- there won’t be conflict. She’s there to motivate and I was! Thanks for a great class!
