All Levels Flow - In Studio

I came 10 minutes late and I felt bad but I took my time integrating myself and then joined into the flow and felt incredible the rest of the flow that the instructor created. I felt very well adapted into her instruction and was so blissful at the end of class! Thank you!

Mika is a wonderful instructor! It was my first time and she was super encouraging and extremely clear and easy to follow in her verbal instructions on how to perform all the poses. I would definitely recommend taking her class!

    Hot 26 E-Kram Yoga (60 Min)

Chadd is probably the best bikram instructor in the area. The only feedback is more heat as infrared is such a huge benefit to the body. The studio news alight updating, but lovely, local friendly and welcoming vibe. Run don't walk to his class (ok pace yourself) and enjoy his open approach and accepting class

This studio is well thought out, it’s obvious the creator wanted clients to not stress about little things like mat rentals and towels and just go in and enjoy the practice rather than nickel and dime you on everything like some franchise hot yoga studios.

    Vinyasa Yoga: Jivamukti

I love a jiva class. This one was a little less challenging than they can be, and I think that’s a great sign of how knowledgeable Amanda is as a teacher. 30% of the class was brand new to yoga, and she made the class available to them with great cues and demos as well as helping folks like me who have done yoga for a while do handstand at the wall.

Coach James filled in for coach Dave this session. Warmed up with some shadow boxing and then the heavy bag. Did some partner drills throwing combos with slips and rolls. Also did a little bit of shadow sparring with your partner. Great workout.

    Yoga Flow

Great class!! She has great timing/alignment cues which I thought were super helpful! I think she would be a great instructor for someone doing yoga for the first time, it was very easy to follow and she focused on verbal cues instead of just calling out the names of poses. Seemed more a beginner level flow but it was perfect for me. Will be back!

    Power Flow

I was sweating and enjoying the playlist! This is definitely more of a power flow class than a yoga sculpt class, based on taking “yoga sculpt” from 4-5 other studios. I think there were 3 small sections when class veered from vinyasa to sculpt-type exercises. Stephanie was lovely; when she mentioned she teaches a barre class, it made sense with her style.

Breathe & Flow | Moon & Stars Immersive Class

It's a much more slower paced class since it is breath focused. I think it is a great foundational class. We didn't really do much yoga poses or flows given that the main intention is breath alignment with your body. Magalie is knowledgable, welcoming, and friendly. I really like the moon and stars visual.

All Levels Flow - In Studio

Rebecca is very gifted and a skilled teacher. She opens the class to develop a sense of community to introduce ourselves to each other. We focus on breath work the beginning of class and set an intention. What a great way to start the flow! Every class is different- the flows are never the same. She also takes requests for what the class would like to work on.
