    Vinyasa Flow - Heated

Truly enjoyed this instructor's style. Very open, fluid, meditative flow with amazing ambient music. It felt very comfortable to listen inwards while honoring the present moment. My mid-day anxiety melted away! The flow was offered in broad strokes rather than fine details so it's a slightly different experience, but still very wholesome and overall the energy was great.

Kundalini Yoga For The Present Moment with Dayani Waas

Dayani was such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. She greeted us at the door, explained the details of kundalini well, and created an awesome sequence. Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

    Classic Hot Pilates

I love this class and studio but they really need to air it out a little in between classes, or at least open the front door for 5 minutes. Sometimes the air is so moist and thick you can taste the sweat of others which is kind of gnarly, especially if it's the last class of the day (which I like to attend because it works best for my schedule). I realize it's a hot yoga place and that presents certain challenges, but I go to many other hot studios in the city that don't have this same issue. Aside from that issue, I love the studio and all of the teachers I've had.

The studio and class were so awesome and down to earth! It was my first time at this studio - employees were super friendly, the class was challenging but accessible, and the studio space was really fun. Loved the cool disco vibe and that even though the class was heated there was good airflow and fans. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

Yoga Flow - $15 Community Class

The flow itself was very fun in that I didn’t feel like I was just doing the same thing every other studio does. It was a great class for ending the workday. Not a huge calorie burner, but that’s not why I do yoga. Very good for the joints.

Fun class, super different (lots of plyo) liked that it was truly fully body. Thought that the instructor could have done a better job of acclimating me to the studio— she just checked me in and disappeared, I had to ask people about where things were and if we were allowed in the studio yet.

    Postnatal and Baby

Jane is the best! Sadly we ended our post partum journey with her as I am going back to work on Monday. We started taking her post natal yoga classes when I was cleared to go back to working out at 6 weeks post partum. She focuses on pelvic floor and strengthening. She instructs us mammas how to do things to prevent injuries and to do yoga poses that will help with our daily lives such as focusing on the back, lower back, core, wrists, feet, shoulders and neck. Jane tries her best to get assistants to help us hold our babies so we can practice and focus on ourselves instead of the baby the whole class. It’s a judgement free zone in which you don’t have to worry if your baby will cry, needs to be fed (bottle or breast), changed or just given attention to. We mommas are all in the same boat and babies will be babies. At the end of the class Jane instructs the moms and babies on a 15 min session of baby yoga. The babies stretch out the legs and hands while laying down on a blanket in front of your mat. This is a precious and fun time to introduce yoga to your little one. I am very grateful for her class and that community at Yoga Flow Noe Valley.
