Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

It was my first time at this studio - employees were super friendly, the class was challenging but accessible, and the studio space was really fun. Loved the cool disco vibe and that even though the class was heated there was good airflow and fans. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

see all reviewsResonated with the instructor’s heart share about freedom. Love that she sets the tone for these early morning classes. Sequences are repeated breath by breath, but only after a slower breakdown of the sequence asanas, which I found challenging in the best way. We held the first asanas within a sequence for about 12 breath cycles or so, which can be quite tough if you’re holding high crescent for that extended time! But it’s so good to build strength. I wish this class was fifteen minutes earlier - I would come more often to an earlier class! Able to come as my meeting at 8am was canceled and was a treat!

Thought that the instructor could have done a better job of acclimating me to the studio— she just checked me in and disappeared, I had to ask people about where things were and if we were allowed in the studio yet.

Divine Yoga Studio is a community of practitioners brought together by love of yoga…Postnatal and Baby
see all reviewsJane is the best! Sadly we ended our post partum journey with her as I am going back to work on Monday. We started taking her post natal yoga classes when I was cleared to go back to working out at 6 weeks post partum. She focuses on pelvic floor and strengthening. She instructs us mammas how to do things to prevent injuries and to do yoga poses that will help with our daily lives such as focusing on the back, lower back, core, wrists, feet, shoulders and neck. Jane tries her best to get assistants to help us hold our babies so we can practice and focus on ourselves instead of the baby the whole class. It’s a judgement free zone in which you don’t have to worry if your baby will cry, needs to be fed (bottle or breast), changed or just given attention to. We mommas are all in the same boat and babies will be babies. At the end of the class Jane instructs the moms and babies on a 15 min session of baby yoga. The babies stretch out the legs and hands while laying down on a blanket in front of your mat. This is a precious and fun time to introduce yoga to your little one. I am very grateful for her class and that community at Yoga Flow Noe Valley.
