Her invitation for impeccable form as best self, irresistible. I also received a warm, energetic welcome from Moses. The space was beautiful. Parking was super easy for an early am class.

There was another class in session in the other room and that caused some noise at the beginning of our class as they left but it wasn’t too bad.

It was perfect for me and I loved how the community had a sweet rapport with the instructor. She was such a delight especially at 6:30am in the morning!

see all reviewsThe minute Max asked us to take out 2 blankets, a bolster, straps, 6 blocks, and 2 folding chairs , I knew this was going to be unlike any yoga class I’ve ever taken! The instruction was extremely technically rigorous and thoughtful —- Max was very warm and encouraging as we got used the props to get into inversions !

I was hesitant about making the drive to Richmond from Oakland but the class was so worth it! I loved the open space of the studio. And they are one of the only yoga studios in the bay with an actual parking lot - can’t wait to come back.
