    DIRTY 30

    I thought a 30 min class would be easy since I found the Dash 28 a breeze, but I was so wrong. This was intense and I felt like I was going to throw up at times. Come to this on an empty stomach! Corinne always has the hardest workouts.

    Melissa was great and gave some really helpful tips and coaching during the class. Very happy about the UES studio - I like the unisex showers; it is a hopskip&jump to the subway; and brand new Paris Baguette across the street!

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Ive been doing Barrys since 2015 - I love it - and Ive rarely had an instructor thats as hard as Brady for the floor sequence. Ive taken what I think are some of the hardest instructors there are but her floor sequences also involve quite a bit of cardio. I did a DF and was super sweaty. Would be scared to have actually done tread and floor!

    So incredibly amazing! No time was wasted on the floor - We covered front, reverse + side lunges, deadlifts + single leg, squats for lower body, plus bicep + hammer curls, shoulder presses, overhead triceps, one armed rows, reverse flies, push-ups, and renegade rows. The 2 Run portions had a great mix of endurance, sprints + intervals. Such a challenging + burn worthy clsss!

    Full Body - Lower Focus (60 Minutes)

    I was visiting NYC so I’ve never visited this location or taken a class with Casey before. But it was one of the best Barry’s classes I’ve ever taken. Casey’s instructions were very clear and demonstrated each move/exercise. The treadmill workouts were challenging. The floor exercises were lower body focused but we also had some upper body exercises in the mix as well. I highly recommend Casey’s classes to anyone who likes Barry’s Bootcamp.

    Motivating and clear teacher, good music, nice studio. It def feels like the class is directed towards at home viewers. The run was about 1.5 miles and the rest was strength training.     Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
