    Really enjoyed the workout! Agree with others that they do allow a fair amount of people but I didn’t feel like I was bumping into anyone by any means. The only downside to how many people were present is I think it makes it hard for the instructor to see what everybody is doing and make suggestions but she did a pretty good job!     Honestly this is my favorite class at Bodyrok! It’s the only megaformer class I can find in NYC to incorporate the jump board, which I really takes the workout up a notch. My only gripe with BodyRok in general is that there aren’t as many instructions on form, but Kristen was an exception. Having had rotator cuff surgery and tears in both shoulders, I really appreciated the options offered to modify each position to what works best for my body. Great class!

Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door.     Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

Lots of good pushes and instructions from the teacher and friendly regulars made this a good class to jump into as a newbie to this gym. I’m just getting back into HIIT so I’ll make this a regular spot going forward but if completely new to working out this class is brutal so come prepared knowing it’s going to be hard but worth it in the end.     Super Power!

    This class was intense! I was sweating and slipping on my mat, and even approached blacking out a couple of times from dizziness! Definitely a good workout, but maybe not for someone who’s adjusting to post-quarantine fitness, though! Will be interested in trying other classes at this studio.
