He is a gifted trainer, omnipresent and gives everyone the attention and guidance they need consistently throughout every class. I’m not quite sure how he manages to do it so seamlessly, first thing in the morning at that. I will be recommending everyone I know.

When I started I could barely do single legs squats on the bench and now I can power through them with a 20 lbs weight. However the AC at the studio wasn’t working today, which made it much harder to get through class. And the water fountain is extremely slow, so I would make sure to arrive with a full water bottle!
