Frequent runner at MHRC. Usually go to Nomad location. Classes are always great, but had issues with not one, but 2 treads today (2 & 4), which was a nuisance and never really allowed me to get into a rhythm. Hope they fix this!

Let me preface this by saying I love MHRC and have been attending for years but a couple of the last classes I have attended have played the music WAY. TOO. LOUD. Yes, I understand they give out ear plugs at the front desk, but is the objective to get to the point where everyone has no choice but to suffer near deafness or opt to wear them as a precaution? I’ve never needed earplugs in the past and definitely believe some instructors are getting a little over eager with the music cues. There should be some sort of volume limit. Yes, I get it. Louder music pumps you up, but this should be considered to a point... after which you‘re challenged to focus harder because you’re being faced with an additional impediment to your run. I had to run faster to get to a mile marker, which sadly was still a mile shorter than I wanted, and still ended up leaving with pain in my right ear drum. Please take this into consideration MHRC.

Mile High Run Club is a premier fitness studio dedicated to the sport of running. All classes include a variety of speed, tempo, or hills and are designed for all fitness levels. DASH 28, intervals with strength + power training HIGH 45, 45-minutes, running only THE DISTANCE, a 60-minute advanced class DIRTY 30, 30 minutes, running-only DASH CORE, DASH 28 with a core-focus THE BUILD, full body strength Booking time in the Recovery Room in encouraged before or after class. How to prepare

Mile High Run Club requests that all customers arrive early to check in 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be granted entry. You will not be permitted to switch your treadmill when reserving via ClassPass. For your safety, runners cannot run through the strength portion of the DASH 28. Sneakers are required for class. Towels and other amenities are provided.

What is ClassPass?
