About this studio

Mile High Run Club is the first boutique studio dedicated to the sport of running. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. All classes include a variety of speed and hill intervals. DASH28, a foundation building class, with strength + power training HIGH45, 45-minutes, running only THE DISTANCE, a 60-minute advanced class DIRTY 30, 30 minutes, running-only Mile High Run policy: customers need to be checked-in 5 minutes before class, otherwise they run a risk of losing their treadmill. You will not be permitted to switch your treadmill when reserving via ClassPass, before 9am and after 5pm on weekdays & weekend mornings Runners can only run during the run portion of the class. Running during the strength portion of the DASH28 is not allowed.

How to prepare

Mile High Run policy: customers need to be checked-in 5 minutes before class, otherwise they run a risk of losing their treadmill. You will not be permitted to switch your treadmill when reserving via ClassPass, before 9am and after 5pm on weekdays & weekend mornings, so please do not ask the MHRC staff to move your spot. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

This class was ok. Good for beginners. I dont run regularly, but I was looking for something more challenging. My treadmill also wasnt working properly so it got in the flow of my running. The instructor was great though. Clear with instructions and very supportive.
