About this studio

Mile High Run Club is a premier fitness studio dedicated to the sport of running. All classes include a variety of speed, tempo, or hills and are designed for all fitness levels. DASH 28, intervals with strength + power training HIGH 45, 45-minutes, running only THE DISTANCE, a 60-minute advanced class DIRTY 30, 30 minutes, running-only DASH CORE, DASH 28 with a core-focus THE BUILD, full body strength Booking time in the Recovery Room in encouraged before or after class. How to prepare

Mile High Run Club requests that all customers arrive early to check in 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be granted entry. You will not be permitted to switch your treadmill when reserving via ClassPass. For your safety, runners cannot run through the strength portion of the DASH 28. Sneakers are required for class. Towels and other amenities are provided.

About 30 min total running, with lots of 2 min walking breaks, class ends with floor exercises (squats, planks, etc). You can make this class as easy or as hard as you’d like depending on the speed you choose. Instructor was nice, music could be improved -perhaps some hip hop instead of pop music for 13 yr olds.

What is ClassPass?
