HIGH 45 with Shodan
Coach Sho is the absolute best! Great music, challenging intervals, and very clear cueing.
HIGH 45 with Jess
Jess was great! My first High 45 and it was quite the work out and the music was awesome!
HIGH 45 with Jess
Jess is electric (boogie woogie woogie)!
