    PILATES

Madison has one of my favorite flows for Pilates at Good Move. Every move tied in to the next making it for a seamless experience. I’ve only taken class with her twice and it has left me relaxed with a slight burn. I would say her classes definitely lean to beginner when it comes to difficulty.

    ALO POWER FLOW

Definitely an advance yoga class- not beginner friendly. I enjoyed it and felt very challenged… but one woman couldn’t keep up and just hung out on her yoga mat. So just a heads up that this is an advanced class! Includes opportunity for inversions and handstands too

I love this class. I'm so glad they added it to their offerings. Brynlie is amazing. Super duper nice, she gets us as excited to be there as she is. And she's great at breaking down choreography. All around great class.

    IN-STUDIO Introduction to Ballet

Amazing teacher. It was my first time doing ballet ever, shall I say dancing. I was very scared of feeling out of place, especially being barefeet with leggings. She explained everything so well I could follow along with the other students that are all coming since a few months, and some over a year. It’s amazing to watch them too to help follow along (and fantasize about the progress I’ll eventually make). Truly enjoyed myself.

Loved everything about this class. Love the warm up and loved learning spins for the first time. I’m sore but this is definitely something I would want to pursue further and further. Sophia was great and i would definitely take her class again.

Shavon was very hands on with the instructions for each moves throughout the circuit. Some moves take adjusting to but you’ll be coached on each set. Small class setting that helps not being overwhelmed. Very informative gym session for muscles not usually trained 💪🏿

    SCHOOL: Beginner Ballet

Yeah this class was full of 5-12 year olds. I am in my mid twenties with some experience so it was a bit awkward. Aje handled the situation with grace, and I still learned a thing or two. If you’re familiar with first, second, fourth and fifth positions, port de bras and chaines turns, maybe level up.
