    5 star workout and 4 star temperature issue. Great workout, enjoyed the hard Hills. I do wish the studio was not quite as cold to start bc it's freezing at the beginning. It makes my skin itchy because it's so cold on the surface while I'm getting warm on the inside!

    Amazing class, great teacher. Can do the class as sprint intervals or more endurance. You'll get really good mileage in with this class. MHRC is probably my favorite on classpass. And great shower products, though expect a long line in the morning.

    Matt had awesome music, great energy, and kept it positive. The only thing about the DASH 28 class is that the strength portion is too short to focus on all body sections, they should do different regions on different days of the week or per class to keep it focused.

    Abs (60 Minutes)

    Harley is very chill.... none of that crazy screaming and cursing like some other Barrys instructors do. Makes for a better atmosphere in my opinion. I like his class because you can make adjustments based on your skill level. I also prefer 3 rounds to 2 which he does.

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Ive been doing Barrys since 2015 - I love it - and Ive rarely had an instructor thats as hard as Brady for the floor sequence. Ive taken what I think are some of the hardest instructors there are but her floor sequences also involve quite a bit of cardio. I did a DF and was super sweaty. Would be scared to have actually done tread and floor!

    This was SO good! Max was awesome. Great energy and a well designed class (it flew by). Saw him giving individual form corrections which is a rare sighting at Barrys. He would be a great instructor to take if you are new to Barrys because you can tell he actually cares. Highly recommend!

    I followed Jess here from The Fhitting Room. I had been here once and didnt love the format but her energy and playlist makes it worth it. She gives clear instructions and keeps you engaged. Tip: get a treadmill closer to her because it can be tough to see the floor exercises when youre lying down.

    Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
