Before the start of class, the instructor went to each person to privately ask about injuries or whatever might be important for her to know, and I appreciated that very much. There was no judgement and everyone was willing to be helpful & encouraging. It was a fast paced class and might not be necessarily be easy to keep up with but the instructor would go around helping correct form & demonstrate what we should be doing.
