see all reviewsGreat workout. The large reformers are harder for my small build, i prefer the smaller ones but still a good workout. I just wished we could see the instructor better if you’re along the edges but I understand that’s the only layout of the reformers that would work.

see all reviewsNot a single minute wasted! Loved Charlie’s programming & thought it was a fun and challenging workout. I would book his class again if it aligns with my schedule. However, I wouldn’t recommend him to beginners who aren’t familiar with a lot of dumbbell movements. It may be confusing for them.

see all reviewsThis studio has a small dog running around loose- it’s not aggressive at all and I’m sure the people who read this will roll their eyes but I find it annoying that the dog isn’t leashed and no one seems to be responsible for it. It comes up into my bag and tries to jump on people and lick. It’s just annoying and unprofessional.

About fifty minutes of deep stretching and core work, more than a sculpting/strength class. As a runner though I felt like the exercises and stretches were a great compliment to running.

see all reviewsI cannot say enough amazing things about not only this class but Erica specifically is the reason I will be coming back. Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!
