Trainer kept it interesting the whole time. He also personalized the workout to each person’s fitness level so it was just enough challenge for everyone doing the class. The gym was packed but everyone around was respectful of each other’s space and the use of the machines.

Justin was PHENOMENAL!! His attention to detail, motivating personality, and knowledge of technique and how to challenge and push, were so helpful and made u want to try that much harder! I loved the gym environment, being around other people weight training and conditioning was great, and I had full access to weighted ropes and balls, ab wheel, kettle bell, and TRX equipment. It was a personal training session at its very best! The gym is in a convenient central location, clean, and very motivating!!

Instructor was friendly and encouraging. The workout space itself was small (a corner in the gym, rather than a separate room) but enough since there were only 2 of us, and I liked having the personal attention. The workout itself seemed a bit simple, but today my thighs are aching (in a good way!) I also loved that it was only 30 mins, convenient and effective after-work workout!

Short and Sweet. 30min of a full body workout. We were 4 people with Anthony and it definitely felt personalized. The gym was crowded and workout area is small, but we made it work. Overall good experience & I will highly recommend. 4 stars because it was a small workout area and some other fellow members kept trying to come into the area. Didn't stop us from working out but just annoying when you are trying to focus.

I loved the fact that the class is very small. Only 2 people were in my class. It was a bit awkward at the beginning since we had an instructor-in-training who didn’t really introduce the class. But, as we got into the exercises, it started to get challenging. The experienced instructor was very good and helped towards the end. I appreciated the challenge and was exhausted by the end. I would recommend this class if you want a full body workout and the accountability of someone watching you. I like instructors who push you, while teaching you, so this is a good fit. The class is in the side part of the gym where some people may be working out, so just be aware it isn’t totally private. Staff were friendly.
