Attendees all vibed with each other and the positivity was through the roof. I cannot say enough about Aly and what she brings to the yoga community in Chicago. Came in at 7 am, sleep deprived from traveling and Liza and the team were welcoming, high energy, and motivating. The class was the perfect balance of intensity, pace, and energy. She kept me engaged the whole time. I regularly on a road bike outdoors and this is the best class I’ve taken in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

The Sol workout is invigorating, unique and weirdly addictive! it’s a combination of dance, pilates, and uses light hand weights and ankle weights. I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed.It was a super fun way to work out.
