About this studio

Experience their high intensity training with over 100 weekly group fitness classes to choose from. Their West Loop gym combines interval training and cardio to give you a full body workout and transform you inside and out. Their certified trainers lead classes that offer drills that incorporate cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility and balance. The endless variety of exercises and instructor styles ensure that no two classes are the same and that every class feels new and exciting.

How to prepare

Wear sneakers. Arrive early and stretch! These classes will challenge your strength and endurance. Please note that while showers are available, monthly members will have priority access to the showers.

The description for this class was so general, I didnt really know what to expect and it did not match the reality. The instructor did a good job during class but had I known it was going to be a bunch of stretching with some lunges, I would not have signed up. I was looking for a good sweat and a challenge.

This class was a lot of stretching! Not what I expected by the description, but it was what I needed. Instructor is specific with instructions and will help you get the best out of the class.
