    Muay Thai Tech

Adrien is another awesome coach here!! It was my first time doing Muay Thai in about three years so he was great at refreshing on proper stances and technique. We did bag work *and* pads and sparring, so I really felt a lot of fast improvement — this is my new gym for sure

    Krav Maga Self-Defense

Great beginners class! Arrive early to get prepped. You work on some of the moves on partners, but everyone was very friendly and helpful, including Robbie the instructor, who really makes sure youre getting the moves properly.

    Pilates Equipment: Reformer Level 1-2

Shannon was great and so welcoming for a newbie like me! I loved the small class environment and how we were all able to get individual feedback and form corrections. The class was in a temporary space, the Midwest Buddhist Temple, while their studio is undergoing renovations, but I quite enjoyed the location. It lent a nice meditative vibe to the class.
