    Melissa is an excellent instructor. She’s very kind and welcoming. In my experience your class has been the most beginner friendly. She challenges the class but it doesn’t seem to be overbearing for someone who does not have a lot of experience with lagree.

    Great energy at key moments throughout the session, and a playlist that I really vibed with. The workout sequence flowed seamlessly, with smooth transitions between moves. My only suggestion would be to make the cues for pauses a bit clearer, specifying exactly when to pause and when to pulse. Overall, Abby seems like an excellent instructor— and I don’t say that lightly!

    Love Leah! The workout was insane and truly am feeling the burn and shakes throughout the class. I liked that she showed what moves we were doing for the next transitions and her music slayed the house down. 100/10. I hope to see her more at the LP Lagree pls!

    Lainey was a great instructor! I had previously tried solidcore but didn’t like the environment and didn’t see myself going back. However, after only one class here through class pass I know I’ll become a regular! Great instructions at a good pace with great music - but not too loud where you can’t hear the instructions. Small class versus solidcores large classes where sometimes it’s hard to see. The instructor also did a great job of correcting people off mic. Would def recommend for anyone looking into reformer Pilates classes.

    At first I was bummed the original instructor Kimberley wasn’t teaching but by the end of it o was bummed I hadn’t taken a class with Caitlin! Her Knowledge of anatomy really stood out and they way she explained things really resonated with me. Now I’m bummed I can’t get to any of her west side classes as they are all during times I work, but happy I got to experience her class today!
