He designs his classes to go back and forth from spicy to chill which is exactly the pace that keeps you working hard through the entire 45 minutes. You’ll have the shakes but in the best way possible!

Music wasn’t too loud, at a good level that I can bop to, because some studios I’ve been to I’d have to wear ear plugs from the music blaring so loud.
