Morgan was awesome. Gave good whole-group corrections. Strength training was strategically designed to focus on different body parts- we actually got to fatigue the muscles. Great music, great energy. Thank you!

Awesome instructor and challenging routine. She was great about demoing the moves and gave very frequent and very clear tips on form, which was super helpful. Appreciated the predominantly somewhat angry hip hop too — perfect playlist for getting into fighter mode. Loved the class!!!

Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

Fun, tough workout. I was expecting it to be Barry’s or fhitting room hard. It felt probably comparable to a fair fhitting room workout and a light to medium Barry’s workout. For sure what you put in is what you get out. Clear instructions, motivating instructor. Wish it were an hour long at 15-16 credits.

David was great! Super motivating and fun! It was my first class and I’ve only done boxing (CKO) primo twice so def a novice. I was a little overwhelmed at first but it was pretty easy to pick up and the class flowed well from bag to bench to bag to bench again. I didn’t grab a towel on my way in which was a mistake because I worked up a biggggggg sweat! I’m a pilates instructor and group fitness trainer, so I was pleasantly surprised to be sore today as I teach and workout multiple times a day. Definitely going back to Rumble! Thanks David!

So the reviews are true, Christine is actually really cool and welcoming. She takes the time to talk to you, remembers your name, asks you about injuries 1:1. She does go around during the circuit correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself. The only thing I don’t like is the warmup because you have to line up with others to do it and it’s not necessarily smooth, like you’re forced to keep up which isn’t a good feeling right off the bat to start or you’re waiting for the person in front of you. Also, since the space is small and because you’re zig zagging back and forth between stations, there’s a lot of times you almost bump into someone or vice versa. That said, it’s a tough, challenging workout and the instructor is really great so I’d still highly recommend it and plan on going back.

    Yin Yoga 65

Great class. Appreciated the added insight into Chinese medicine and the thoughtful sequence. Wish they had more yin on the schedule. It’s needed as a daily practice, not just weekends.

I loved this class! The vinyasa portion was challenging and fun and made the relaxation portion that much better. WOOM is one of my favorite studios because of how welcoming the teachers are

Victoria is a great teacher. Her cuing is really detailed and she guides you into the proper positions and helps you to identify which muscles to focus on so that you’re doing the exercises properly.

Elizabeth’s class was definitely focused more on body awareness than muscular endurance, and it definitely had more of a full body tilt than Ebony’s class, which is typically very much centered on ab muscle endurance. Both are great, and I feel super restored after Elizabeth’s class! Just different focus from each instructor

    Chair Balance + Strength

Excellent challenge. I had never used the Pilates chair before but Deb was extremely helpful. There were only three of us in the class (max is 6) and the studio is very cheerful & inviting. There were some things I couldn’t do but I will try again; I will definitely take this class again.
