see all reviewsLovely straightforward flow, building up on each round. Good pace too (for me) in terms of the breath was actually a breath ie not a super fast cardio-type flow. Teacher instructed from around the room (didn’t even need a mat!) which I thought was great, and instructions were clear and loud enough to hear.

see all reviewsExcellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.
