    IN-STUDIO - Move & Restore Yoga

This was a great class! Jenny’s class was a perfect mix of flow and the second half of the class slowed down and she introduced some really creative yin holds. Looking forward to taking more of her classes.

    Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

Andrea was great. This was not a heated or power class but plenty of movement and good stretching. great music as well with a short restorative segment to end the class. Recommend arriving early due to the buzzer and elevator.

    Slow Flow Vinyasa & Stretches

Manuel rocks. He leads and guides you through some aggressive, intense stretching - much needed in my stressful life and after strenuous lifting/running. He provides welcome adjustments through tactile and verbal feedback on your bodily positions as well. Take his and Angelica’s classes! They complement each other’s styles.

    All Levels Flow - UNHEATED

Lovely straightforward flow, building up on each round. Good pace too (for me) in terms of the breath was actually a breath ie not a super fast cardio-type flow. Teacher instructed from around the room (didn’t even need a mat!) which I thought was great, and instructions were clear and loud enough to hear.

    Sunrise Salutations

Excellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.
