Sculpt Flow
see all reviewsHonestly did not expect this to be such a hard workout but I mean that in a good way! I sweat so much. I loved the push ups & ankle weights. I would politely suggest that someone dust the fan towards the back of the room - it is cakes with thick dust and that can’t be good to breathe in. Also the toilet seat was covered in period blood underneath :/ I felt too weird to say that to the instructor in person and it was not from me or I would have cleaned it up.

see all reviewsDid the Sunday morning Ashtanga express and enjoyed it! It’s described as the fundamentals and think that’s accurate - beginners would feel welcome here but someone who has done Ashtanga before would still enjoy the pared down primary sequence and getting to skip jump backs and forwards if desired. Carlotta was lovely and very encouraging, offering assists and advice throughout. It might not be intense enough for a hardcore Ashtangi, but for the rest of us it was a wonderful start to a Sunday

see all reviewsMilagros creates a wonderfully grounding and supportive restorative yoga experience. During today’s class, I had a realization that while I may have an empty nest as my children begin their own lives, I also have a full heart as a proud father watching them spread their wings. Her calm presence and thoughtful guidance created the space for that insight to emerge. I left feeling centered, grateful, and deeply at peace. Highly recommend.

see all reviewsI love Zao Yin’s sound healing class. I went twice while visiting NYC, and I’m so glad I did. She focused on the sacral chakra area, especially the hips, which felt incredible and was exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated the spiritual elements she incorporated into the class. I felt so open, relaxed, and renewed afterward. She is super friendly, and you can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. The studio is beautiful as well. The space is lovely, filled with windows, and has such a warm, uplifting energy. When I come back to Manhattan, I can’t wait to visit this studio again.
