Sui Soul Flow
see all reviewsThe session today is easily top 3 Sui experiences for me. Izzy opened the class with nice warm ups that felt natural before diving into two main sets of flow: (1) on the mat followed by (2) standing up only where we work our way to final stretches and laying on back. Lots of intentional side openers and holds with breathwork that break out of the typical sun salutation. Izzy always gives a lot of cues and clarifies the subtle rotations needed for the moves. I feel like I learn something new about a move each time. Great style for intermediate yogis. Thanks.

see all reviewsGreat class, Pamela really care about form and being present, her voice is also soothing and relaxing. Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend! Excited to try the other class formats!

With each repeat I felt like I was reaching and expanding a bit more. It was great!

Even though I was slammed at work and a lot of projects went wrong, I felt myself bending flexibly and approaching the challenges more calmly & I completely attribute that to class.
