This was a challenging workout. Know that the "rests" between sets are active (cardio, plyometrics, and pure strength moves), so you're moving nonstop for the full hour. I get lightheaded very easily (long covid) and it made me too woozy, but if you want an intense class this one is worth trying! Vibes are a little crossfit-y, so be warned if you don't want that

Brian great as always. A message to the ClassPass/rumble peeps: why continue to push the pricing on these classes??? Used to be 7/8 credits a class. Now 9 minimum and often 10-12. Surge pricing for this makes no sense. This class was less than half full. Pls return pricing to 7-8/class and don’t jerk us regulars around by constantly changing credit values

Mandy is an amazing instructor! Explains everything really well. I was apprehensive to take this class because I am not a beginner 💅 but I’m glad I did. It was still very challenging, especially if you use heavier weights. Great booty workout!! 🍑 Class was very small though so lacked the usual energy - I think PS should drop the beginner title because it may deter people from taking thinking that it’s going to be easy. It’s not.

I was nervous to take a boxing class, but Kat made it so approachable… but the workout was by no means easy!
