Really love Kristina’s energy. She’s very encouraging and even in large classes, she tries her best to go around on the bag side especially. This is definitely not a good class for beginners, though. The pre class is very short and there’s not enough focus on beginners.

Amazing class! Was my first time at Rumble and Bradford is a great instructor. If you’ve never kickboxed before, this is a great way to get introduced to the punches and get accustomed to sequences. It’s also dark and you don’t feel like anyone is watching you so if you mess up it doesn’t matter.

I take rumble every week, many times a week. It has been a MINUTE since I’ve gotten to take Terry who usually teaches at the Flat / Chelsea studio at times when I’m not able to go. Today he subbed a class . Let me tell you this was best class I’ve taken in a VERY LONG TIME. I do not say this lightly . I’ve taken 400+ classes. He was very clear throughout the class and cheered everyone on. His music popped off. His combos were simple but effective . If you were a beginner youd def be able to follow this super well and if you’ve taken hella classes, you could def add ur own little spice in the combos . I loved the class because of that. I’d pay BANK to take this class again. I hope they give him some PM slots in NOHO / Chelsea soon on weekdays. I’ll def be going to Chelsea Sunday soon. Anyway to take Terry , you’ll have the best time.

First time taking a boxing class and it was so much fun. The place is clean and had a nice layout. I felt welcomed coming in, was kindly introduced to the space and was shown how to throw basic punches. I brought my own gloves and towel. I purchased a pair of hand wraps and was helped to apply them. The class is beginner friendly and was able to go at my own pace. The coach clearly demonstrated each boxing combo and showed proper form. It was fun and had a great sweat session. Highly recommend for anyone who's new to this kind of workout like me and love to get a good sweat on.

Great workout, nice instructors, fun music. Will definitely go back. Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic. The energy he brings is contagious, and his passion for boxing is unmatched. And let's talk about his incredible class structure – a perfect blend of intensity and technique that keeps you on your toes. Now, let's address the elephant in the room – Gary's remarkable ass. Seriously, it's like a work of art. I couldn't help but be in awe of his impressive dedication to fitness. It's no wonder his classes are so effective; the man clearly practices what he preaches. His behind is not just a sight to behold; it's a celestial marvel, a gravitational force pulling you into a realm of workout ecstasy. It's as if his glutes have a secret pact with motivation itself. And speaking of motivation, Gary's commitment to sculpting that divine derrière is the stuff of legends. You can practically feel the dedication radiating off his impeccable posterior. It's like his butt has its own fan club, and after tonight's class, count me in as a devoted member. Gary isn't just an instructor; he's a fitness wizard, conjuring up a workout that's more exhilarating than a superhero showdown. His energy is like a potent elixir, turning an ordinary evening into a blockbuster fitness epic. Gary's Gotham boxing class is a dazzling spectacle of fitness, where every jab and hook is complemented by the mesmerizing rhythm of his legendary behind. Brace yourself for an evening of heart-pounding workouts and, dare I say, a little bit of booty magic. Gary, you've officially earned your spot as the guardian of glute gains!

    M45 Undefeated

I was first nervous since it was my first class and have only done one boxing class which was 4 years ago, but Julian made me feel super comfortable. He just told us to hit something and I felt it was a no fail class which who wouldn’t love. Julian walked around and made corrections for each of us. He knew exactly what each of us needed assistance with. Julian also called over everybody who was new after class, spent time talking to us, and getting to know our workouts outside of Mayweather. It was a great experience!

    GROUP BOXING CLASS

Super solid class. It was my first time in years doing a boxing class and the class members and instructors made me feel at home. 1 hour long class, mix of bag work and work with instructor plus cardio / hit. You will get a tough and good workout in. Will be back

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu NOGI

Amazing experience. Teachers were great and you must meet mama savage. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Jiu jitsu was tough as a beginner but everyone was very welcoming. Also watched some of the boxing class and I definitely want to go back for a whole class.
