    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

    The class was amazing! You are surrounded by other strong people and that is very motivating. If it’s your first time in a class like this, it won’t be easy, but the energy and the results you see around you keep you going . The coach was fun, and the class was intimate. I look forward to going back soon!

    YoRow - Half Rowing/Yoga - GoRow Style!

    Great workout! Newly into rowing, Garrett taught me a lot about the right posture and made sure I understood everything. The class was well-paced with some high intensity part, but very rewarding after completion. Will try to come back!

    Instructor was great, although it felt like a beginners class. The intervals seemed quite similar, the push could’ve been more. Dumbbell work was too simple. Not my type of workout but definitely could be for someone else

    I've been coming here every now and then for the last year. The instructors are all so welcoming and attentive of new joiners. Everyone in the room is there to have a great time and it's one of the least judgmental places to work out.
