see all reviewsAmazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

see all reviewsPretty good class, definitely got a great workout, and I liked the instructor. Kind of a weird end of class interaction regarding me having to make and extra payment, but nothing came of it so that was good

see all reviewsI had a great time in this class! I love the pattern of switching between the rowing machine and core exercises—it keeps things interesting and challenging. The instructor is so passionate and encouraging. I felt motivated throughout the whole class, and it was a great workout. Definitely looking forward to the next one!

see all reviewsThis was one of my favorite classes I've ever done at Row House. Will gave lots of instruction up front, I'm assuming there were some first timers there--seemed like it would be a great class/instructor for a beginner (and still quite challenging for someone who rows semi regularly). Will was fun and energetic throughout, and really pushed us. Excellent class. Oh, and the music was ON POINT.
