    Boxing Class

My first real boxing class was an amazing experience! Gian, the instructor, was incredible—so patient and attentive. He made sure all the newbies, including me, felt comfortable, starting with helping us wrap our hands properly. Throughout the class, he provided individual attention, ensuring everyone had the technique down. His clear guidance and encouragement made the session both fun and empowering. Highly recommend to anyone considering giving boxing a try!

    Kickboxing Combos

Very sleek space and pretty well rounded class. Definitely going to leave drenched if you go at the recommended intensity. They use a bag they designed for Muay Thai which is much softer so you can throw very hard kicks and punches without hurting your joints, which allows you to go much harder than a normal boxing class as a beginner.

    Box Group (All Levels)

Steven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

If you’re new to the space, come 15-20 mins earlier to sign all the waivers and they also request you to email your covid vaccination to them before coming into the gym. Joanne's Boxing

Joanne was really great, it was my first time trying boxing and she took the time to run me through the basics (multiple times!) and make sure my form was correct. The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!
