About this studio

Work Train Fight is a unique fitness experience that empowers and builds real boxing technique while delivering a high energy, calorie torching workout. Their goal is to create an environment that pushes members to work hard and master a new skill at the same time. They’re here to change the world one person, one class, one punch at a time and they hope you’ll join them. Work Train Fight offers a well rounded boxing class that includes guided shadowboxing, high energy trainer mitt work, bag work and sore muscles from real strength training.

How to prepare

They recommend comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. If you own boxing gloves, please feel free to bring those. Their studio does supply free gloves if you do not have your own pair. Please note they have a 15 minute buffer for joining class late. This is to allow the instructor to set up a smooth, functional circuit without any interruptions.

The WORK TRAIN FIGHT studio is located at 636 Broadway in New York, NY. The studio is on the corner of Broadway and Bleecker Street on the 2nd floor.

What is ClassPass?
