Not an intense workout, light relaxing one
Zumba (10 Crdts) with Qamaer
Such a high energy class! I wish there was more of an intro or a head’s up of what’s going to be happening for the newbies. The instructor went straight into the dance moves without any warning! Lol Still really fun though!

A low impact pilates workout that taught the basics of correct form and alignment
Vinyasa Yoga (10 Crdts) with Allison
As a beginner, this class was amazing. The instructor was very helpful to make sure I was getting the most out of the class and helped me to correct my poses when needed. I loved it.

Great for beginners but wished it had music during the class

Zumba class was fun but the gym- well the gym made me miss like almost 10 minutes of it due to they asked a lot of health questions - I didnt go there to see a doctor and answer very sensitive questions nor go for medical reasons. I just want to dance and get my workout done! and I also know its their liability but we all know what we are going there for. The attendant then gave me an attitude and that was just uncalled for.

I never have left a class early but this was just a waste of time. I knew this wasnt going to be anywhere near a flywheel class but I thought it would be at least comparable to the cycling class I have taken at crunch gym. Unfortunately not only were the bikes themselves worse than that by far, the class was too. I was appalled that they actually overbooked the class so half of the class they wanted us to switch off and lift weights instead. When I sign up for a class I sign up with a specific goal of what I want to work on-for cycling thats legs and cardio. If they atleast had us do some sort of leg workout in between maybe I wouldve stuck it out but to say just lift weights? I can do that at home. Bummer because I would have loved having a workout spot in my neighborhood but Ill be sticking to working out in park slope or the city if that means I actually get what I pay for.

Michelle was AMAZING! She has great energy, awesome playlist, and she explained what muscles the movements were targeting. She was awesome!

What is ClassPass?
