Their attention to technique has transformed my skills and made me feel more confident in the ring. The atmosphere is energetic and supportive, making every class a blast. see all reviewsThis was a challenging workout. Know that the "rests" between sets are active (cardio, plyometrics, and pure strength moves), so you're moving nonstop for the full hour. I get lightheaded very easily (long covid) and it made me too woozy, but if you want an intense class this one is worth trying! Vibes are a little crossfit-y, so be warned if you don't want that

see all reviewsThis was my first boxing class and Gian was such a friendly, patient, and non-judgmental instructor! He made me feel comfortable despite having no idea what I was doing m. The class was BRUTAL but fun! Highly recommend taking with Gian if you are a beginner and let him know it’s your first time. The gym provides loaner gloves for free but hand wraps are required. Luckily I had my own from a cardio kickboxing class a few years ago. They have available to purchase there if you don’t have!

see all reviewsSteven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.

see all reviewsI was nervous to take a boxing class, but Kat made it so approachable… but the workout was by no means easy! I felt like I might die a few times, but Kat brought me back from the edge with a smile and a killer playlist. By the time I walked out, I was all smiles and feeling so strong. It was a small group which was nice; Kat was able to correct our form and give us personal encouragement. The intimacy of the gym fostered an immediate sense of belonging even to newbies like me. I’ll be back!

see all reviewsJR’s class was amazing. I’ve tried other boxing group classes, but this class was truly an authentic boxing experience. The small class size allowed for a lot of 1-on-1 instruction. JR gave great direction on form and tips on how to improve. The workout was tough but well worth it. I will definitely be back!

The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!

(Warning: you won’t make front row unless you are a regular and flawless.) I sat to the side middle row. I was still able to see my self in the mirror, felt like front row, but not that good.
