    Coach Lauren is truly a GEM! She’s by far the best coach here - her enthusiasm and upbeat attitude really make these **tough** classes fly by (and I love her playlists!) She always seems to know when you’re struggling a bit and jumps right in to motivate you and help make the exercise more accessible. I just wish she taught more classes!!

    Brittany’s class was awesome!!! She gave me adjustments and encouragement throughout the class. Plus, her music was good!!! I left feeling impressed with what I had achieved, as it was challenging and new. I’m hoping to go back so I can improve my technique and build my hamstrings!

    Really good intro class! Instructor was helpful and made sure to explain everything. I do wish they had beginner classes to do after the intro classes so you don’t have to spend as much time learning the machine but still prefer the intro class pace to their regular ones

    Sarah provides great instruction and has thoughtful, progressive, and creative (NOT gimmicky) transitions! Very purposeful teacher. And I enjoy The MTM space. Heat was managed well, even on this very hot day - we weren’t killed by heat and humidity. Just the right amount.

    First off, it’s bonkers how many excellent yoga teachers and classes there are at Epic. With that said, I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for 15 years, and Natalie is the most creative and innovative teacher I’ve come across. She designs unique and challenging mobility classes where you’re giving loads of attention to a specific muscle group each week. FYI- students absolutely do need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable (which she’s pretty transparent about). With going consistently, the gains I’ve witnessed in my overall mobility and strength over these past few months are truly unparalleled- especially my hip mobility. Natalie emphasizes community care in her teaching, and often uses her playlists and exercises to illustrate how yoga is rooted in social justice. She takes time to get to know her students and offers modifications throughout class, which is really helpful when deep diving into a specific muscle group for an extended period of time. If you’re okay with regularly being challenged both mentally and physically in your practice, then her classes are the way to go.

    Big fan of Rachel’s classes, she uses at least one move that’s new (or seldom used) and it burns so good! She’s great with form cues and she doesn’t make you feel guilty for taking breaks.
