From smarter scheduling tools to stronger security, our latest updates are built to help your business grow.
Running a studio means juggling a lot, schedules, clients, reservations, and growth, all at once. At ClassPass, we take that seriously.
That's why we continuously invest in improving the tools and features available to our partner businesses. This quarter, we're rolling out a set of meaningful product updates designed to give studio owners and operators more visibility, more flexibility, and more confidence in how they run their day-to-day.
Here's a look at what's new.
See exactly how your classes are performing
One of the most requested features from our partner community is now live: class insights.
With this new tool, studio partners can see how spots are filling up, broken down by class type and time slot. That means less guesswork and more data-backed decisions when it comes to optimizing your schedule, managing reservations, and identifying where the real demand is.
Whether you're looking to shift a slow Tuesday morning session or double down on a packed Friday evening, class insights gives you the numbers to back up the move.
Get more control over how you allocate your spots
Flexibility has always been central to what ClassPass offers, and now that flexibility extends further to our partners.
With updated SmartSpot controls, studio partners can now adjust their starting spot allocations on a class-by-class basis. This allows them to keep more space open for walk-ins or loyal regulars while still benefiting from the ClassPass network.
Stay in the loop, automatically
Opportunities move fast, that’s why we've made it easier for partners to stay ahead of them.
Partners can now opt into notifications to receive timely emails about new opportunities and updates. It's a simple change, but a meaningful one, because the last thing a busy studio owner needs is to miss something important.
Secure your dashboard with stronger protection
Security is non-negotiable, especially when it comes to business-critical tools.
ClassPass now supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) for partner dashboards. Enabling MFA adds an extra layer of protection, giving studio operators the peace of mind that their account and data are secure.
It's a small step to set up, and a big step for keeping your business protected.
Building for what's next
These updates reflect something we think about constantly at ClassPass: our partners' success is our success. When studio owners have better tools, better data, and better protection, they're able to deliver better experiences, for their clients and for their teams.
